as the title says I am unable to get my MMXIX seal due the tribute hall being locked even though i have the quest ... the tribute hall has been bugged for some time now and we are approaching September 17th fast, so basically im just afraid i wont get it in time. If they dont fix the tribute hall bug i expect the MMXIX seal on my profile regardless of completion because its not my fault they Bungie haven't fixed it in the months its been an issue. I also linked a video showing how I am unable to get into the tribute hall with the quest along side my 23/24 MMXIX seal that only requires the bad juju for completion. Please fix this issue or give me the seal OR even send the bad juju to my postmaster before september 17th so i can claim my seal without you guys needing to fix the issue because its been like this for months and months as mentioned before and its highly likely you leave it until shadow keep...
