So, since I last swung by, The Holy Offtopic Empire has had a spate of first contacts; I do believe we have almost met every other Galactic Empire out there. Surveillance is light for now, but we may want to consider indoctrination, or maybe even just straight up invasion. As well as this, we lost one of our intrepid scientists to... er...
