arabian go back to the snowy area of the game where you began at first. Theres a white arabian there its one of the fastest next to the other two arabians that you wont get till literally the end of the game. Tame it and you got yourself a nice ride. I found it on accident and later found out its the only wild one you'll ever see. Take my advice you won't regret hunting this one down. Every other horse in the game is pretty much basic unless you want a tanky one which honestly doesnt matter considering that the game never puts you in real danger with your horse just dont run it into a cliff lol
