HCs need to be dropped pretty hard. Why use a scout when an HC has the same range, more damage, better perks, more adaptable

There’s almost no scenario where you will be better off with a scout than a HC and even in those situations HCs are still viable and preform well. HCs are basically Luna’s boots. It’s completely changing the game into easy mode.
