Hello, Guardians!
The second day and the server is still inaccessible.
I tried to come in:
- via VPN
- via mobile
- through the neighbor's wi-fi
- I've tried it the usual way, too.
- turned on and off the firewall
- was upgrading Windows 10.
- updating all the drivers
- dancing with a tambourine
PC version. Cross save is already activated.
I've taken a vacation to play, I really want it to work.
Help me, please! What's it gonna take to make it work?

Have you tried running a “scan & repair” of the game files, from the Battle.net launcher? Some folks uninstalled and re-installed the launcher, which worked. Also, are the launcher and the game files on the same drive? Apparently that can sometimes cause issues as well. There’s been a number of posts with this same issue, over the past week or so. Might be worth searching the forums for those threads, to see if there’s any other ideas for fixes.
