Can inactive clans be deleted?
I've noticed that there are tons of clans that are inactive, whether it be one inactive person with a whole clan to themselves, or a bunch of inactive people in a clan. This really sucks considering how many awesome clan names are simply wasted because of this. Thanks!

Nope. If you want a clan name that's taken, you would need to contact the clan founder. Bungie doesn't step in.
