Scout Rifle Shadow buff
Is is just me or did Scout Rifles get a shadow buff? They feel really good in pvp and pve rn. MIDA multi tool feels amazing in pvp, especially with the flinch it causes. The Seven-Six Five SR is awesome rn too. It might be the build I have, but they just feel awesome again. They also feel balanced too, not too powerful, but just enough to compete with HC and pulses. I can even out gun snipers sometimes, especially with MIDA

Scouts were already good in PvP. 8f they ever get a flinch reduction everyone will be whining for a nerf. Especially for the 0.6 TTK 180 RPM scouts.
