I can't disable cross save for 23 days because of a silver purchase made in june
When cross save came out i was eager to try it out and play with my PS4 chars who have the legacy stuff and all that for a bit, but when i wanted to disable cross save it told me "Cross Save cannot be unlinked for 23 days because you’ve purchased Silver on your Battle.net account recently." which really sucks tbh.
Ok now to the cookie cutter part : I would like my Blizzard (Battle.net) account to be set as my Cross Saved account.
PLEASE change my main characters because i don't want to grind all of my titles and other stuff again.

1 ReplyEdited by dougcpa: 8/25/2019 12:31:40 AMBungie is aware this is happening and it is intentional, but the restriction wasn't clear before cross save went live, so they have been assisting players in resetting cross save. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/253269781?sort=0&page=0 There is a section in the above link on how to request assistance, one thing I'd like to point out, this assistance will be rendered during their regular business hours which is Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm Pacific time. I'd suggest making your post per the above link's instructions this coming Monday to get their attention.
