First, I'll give you the Bungie response I've been seeing on this. It's a known issue and they are investigating. Now I'm gonna be a little straightforward. I don't understand the people that are quick to just spend money they shouldn't need to, rather than trying to figure out why they had a negative balance in the first place. Normally, a negative balance of silver would come from buying silver, spending it, and then doing a chargeback.

But why were you negative in the first place? If you didn't do like I said with the chargeback, there was no reason for you to spend money and it should have been a red flag that something was not right. If you feel you did the right thing, power to you. All I know is, if I suddenly showed a negative balance of silver, I wouldn't just throw money at the problem. I'd be looking into why I had a negative baleance in the first place. Edit - I feel I should stress that I'm not knocking you or trying to put you down in any way, I was just genuinely curious. As it stands, they are aware of an issue. Good luck to you!

  • the reason i had negaitve silver was because a few months ago i bought silver unaware that xbox live services were having issues with purchases at the time so it never charged me for the silver but gave it to me anyways only for xbox-live to later realize that i wasnt charged and took the silver away after i had already spent it
