Steam Link Error

I had this problem while linking my Bungie.net account with Steam wherein I'm unable to hit the "Accept" button below the terms of service, it is greyed out. Tried changing browsers, nothing seems to work.

I tried too with chrome on Android. Use a computer to complete the transfer
