Does Bungie ever ban win-traders? I feel like I already know the answer to my own question, but I'm hoping someone has seen them actually do it. I also anticipate a few "why-do-you-care"-type responses. To that, I say that in addition to actually wanting a competitive environment in the Comp playlist, it's also BS that people just cheat their way to pinnacle weapons when I (and others) earn them the legitimate, honest way.
