It is strange that knowledgable men keep saying things like that while it is so obviously wrong. You only have to look outside of the US to notice it. People in Europe and even more so in Asia also play violent videogames yet these random shootings seldom happen in those countries. In South Korea for instance videogames are a big part of society and look at how many of those random shootings take place there (hint:it is less than 1).
