As the title says, I'm wondering if it will be possible for Destiny 2 to run on Linux systems after the move to Steam happens. With a tool like Valve's Proton paving the way for Linux users onto a bigger gaming scene I want to know the possibility of Destiny 2 running on Linux without the fear of getting banned as were the users who tried using WINE and DXVK in the past. Can anyone shed some light on this topic or make it more clear about the reasons this could or couldn't be achieved?
