Revoker
Would it be too much to buff or change the "reversal of fortunes" perk? Have bullets refunded on missed and body shots, or just on body shots instead of misses?

4 RepliesI will be the first to admit that hated the idea of this sniper and this perk, but after using it i love it. i thought it would just reward bad players but what i have found is it has encouraged more aggressive sniper play. taking revoker into quickplay and trying to hit ridiculous snipes is so much fun. you can be hyper aggressive and not get punished for taking shots you normally wouldn't take. this gun is a blast and should not be changed at all.

15 RepliesI know often with a high impact sniper people often aim intentionally to the body. Giving bullets back would be dumb.

5 RepliesWhat about body shot kills? A refund on that seems...weird. Revoker is fine as is imo, no buffs needed. If you struggle to get headshots consistently, I recommend using Burden instead. With sniper scavenger you can get 4 bullets easily, and the empowered bullet is a ohk body shot. I used this to get the revoker in the questline and was pretty happy with its performance.
