Erentil FR4 and every long range pulse rifle needs a range nerf in crucible
I know alot of people love those guns but it can't be that those guns do suppress other playstyles so damn effective.
The reason why we can't use scout rifles in crucible are the damn pulse rifle ranges. Those pulse rifles were meant originally as a mid range/assault rifle spinoff. They should be precisely but less fast in comparison to assault rifles.
And look how out of place they are in D2.
The Erentil FR4 should not have that range. It can literally kill you on 20 meters distance without effort just because of the raw damage. The same counts for the other high impact fusions. They are the reason why fast fire fusions are useless and garbage in pvp.
Did you know that fast fire fusions are inprecise as hell and most of them can't even oneburst players beyond 1 meter? I do know this. I tried to play them for months and they are at best below average, unless you are using the menagerie fusion with "backup plan" perk (which shouldn't be available for high impact fusions either).
Besides that, the most guns are fine. Assault rifles need a slightly buff to be more persistent but except that, everything else is fun and fair.
Edit: I'm talking about console balance. Not easy mode pc balance. Just to let you know.
Edit 2: AND NO, THIS WILL NOT AFFECT PVE IN A BAD WAY. I say this as a mainly pve player. Those guns do also outrange in pve their equivalents.
