So I played Destiny on my PS3 science it first came out. I don't own a PS3 anymore. I bought a PS4 last year and bought Destiny 2 immediately. As it turns out you can't transfer your D1 save from PS3 directly to D2 on PS4. You first need to buy D1 for the PS4 to transfer your PS3 save, and THEN transfer it into D2. Now I changed my PSN username like 2 months ago and I'm planning on buying D1 again in like 2 days to be able to transfer the save. I'm just wondering does changing my PSN username have an effect on my PS3 D1 save? Just to know what to expect...
