Daily quests do not count. Same as Spider's bounties.

Dear Bungie, my daily quests do not count (this applies to all NPS), same as Spider's bounties, although I fulfill all the conditions.
It started when I got to the Spider. Before everything was OK. It lasts for 3 days.
I hope we can resolve this issue.
