Hi i have a progressive muscle disease and its hard for me to click the left stick button to sprint and i am woundering if its possible to have auto sprint/sprint by default in destiny 2

If you can click with your right hand try the mirror controller template. I used it last year when I broke my left wrist and couldn’t use sprint
