Outbreak perfected bug
Is the bug where you can only get the outbreak on a single character to drop from zero hour still being investigated? I tried it last night on an alt character and it didn't drop.

Pretty sure the bug was only that heroic didn’t unlock after completing regular on alts. To my knowledge, gun is/has only been a 1 time drop.
