I actually thought I was going to be able to get the Lumina exotic hand cannon lol, but, SILLY ME! You just had to put that "Strength in Numbers" quest step in there requiring Crucible or Gambit didn't you? Can't be Crucible, Gambit, and/or strikes/forges? Or Gambit and/or Reckoning?
I can only render an assumption that you screwed us (Those without Crucible/Gambit access) on the Truth quest as well, right? I haven't started nor taken a look at its quest steps yet, but Truth is technically classified by you guys as a PvP weapon, so I can only naturally assume most if not all the steps have something to do with Crucible/Gambit. And gee, let me guess, Bad JuJu has a step that requires PvP/Gambit doesn't it?
So yeah, awesome Bungie. After the countless hours I've put into D1 & D2 not to even mention the economic side of it, A wrongfully convicted and unfightable permanent ban is what I get from you guys in return, huh? It still astounds me and makes me laugh that you guys are too afraid/and/or are too stringently reluctant to give out a c.s. email/phone number of any sort, just like any other normal business.
So while you guys sit arrogantly, pridefully behind your big desks pulling all the strings from the shadows, that leaves us (Your clientele) in the shadows as well. What's wrong honestly, can you not stand to accept and respond to/delete emails from your customers with a genuine matter? Are you afraid a large majority approximately 90% of your emails will be from kids or immature adolescents/adults with b.s. questions/concerns/matters? Or is it simply an overhead qualm, that you greedy little misers may just have to hire one or two customer service clerks dedicated strictly to the amswering of phones, some misc. data entry, and email dealings? Please let us know as a collective whole, I know I'm sure in heck frustrated and interested as to why I can't reach out to a c.s. representative with a legit matter. Please consider making the PvP/Gambit quest steps for these exotic weapons achievable via other means as suggested above.
Thanks

Unless you're banned from PVP and Gambit, you have full access to the quest
