The way to fix super spam is not just changing super cooldown mods, but also removing spheres generation fron Supers in pvp
Before you complain, hate or comment... Let me explain first.
This super spam is not an actual issue in case fairness (by that logic supers would be unfaair overall), they are unfair in case usage sometimes.
A few minutes ago I had a match which was ok. But in the end the enemy team constantly used only supers to defeat us. The last 3 minutes were only mayhem slaughter fest for them.
While this happens only rarely, I will tell you that this will become an issue the more players get their hands on bad juju and intellect stats with Shadowkeep.
Supers are fun and are meant to create challenging moments, but not as spam.
Giving a team an overadvantage because of teamplay is fair. Giving something like that because of the deeds of one guy is not fair.
One person can cause an entire super chain rolldown with just killing enough enemies for spheres of light.
Those spheres do refill the other supers and the circle continues. The more kills, the more spheres and supers.
On one side it is a base game mechanic. On the other it is game breaking.
So, removing the ability to create spheres with supers would help to reduce the spam and give them more "worth". Masterwork guns can still rock spheres but won't supply so much energy.
