I have recently completed the Zero Hour Mission on my Second and Third characters, I was expecting to get a drop of the outbreak for those characters, like completing any other task across characters, just like the whisper. However, I didn't get another drop of the outbreak perfected, is it set to one per account for the drop, or is my account bugged. If someone could let me know, I definitely completed the mission as I know have heroic Zero hour available on all characters. Could you guys let me know if I'm unlucky or it's designed this way?
