Why is Bungie forcing PVE players to play PVP???
just one typical example: The Recluse Quest
Bungie please stop creating such quests where players need to reach fable in comp. mode just to obtain a powerfull weapon wich is specialy usefull for PVE activities.
I give up on those quest after putting many hours of grinding in them because reaching fable is so frustrating..
Where is the Logic behind this??

1 ReplyThis is perhaps the most pathetic post on the "forced PvP" topic that has graced these boards. You -blam!- about having to do PvP for a PVP Pinnacle weapon. Like all of those other threads on this "forced PvP" topic, it's the same answer. No one is forced to play any activity in this game. If you want an item that requires you to take part in a particular activity, whether that activity is PvE or PvP, then that's is on you and only you because you have chosen to chase after that item.

Bungie does this to keep people playing their game. Once you’ve run enough pve, if you don’t play pvp, you’ll play another game. That’s my vibe from the years

Its a PvP pinnacle weapon. Its meant to be top tier in PvP. The fact that it is good in PvE is irrelevant because it is intended for PvP. If you really want to debate itsnuse in PvP the take a look at the sight which literally has the Crucible emblem on it when you are not aiming down sights.

You are not forced to do anything unless you really want the gun. And if that’s the case then just grind out pvp and get it over with.

Destiny has ALWAYS been like this. I just don’t understand how you can be so entitled to the point where you think you shouldn’t have to play a certain part of the game.
