I've earned the Dredgen, Wayfarer, Cursebreaker and Rivensbane titles ingame, mainly for the sake of collecting the physical pins, and I had no issue when redeeming the codes for the Rivensbane and Wayfarer Pins, but the Dredgen and Cursebreaker codes always come up as invalid when I try to redeem them, because apparently when the time to earn the codes was extended from April until September, any codes generated but not redeemed before April 30th would be made invalid. The Bungie Rewards Help Article says to make a post on the forums describing the issue for assistance (this is the second time i'm doing this), and it would be good to know what solutions there are to this problem (if any), since it would be a huge disappointment to have spent so much time earning these Pins only for them to be unclaimable.
