Clan Leadership Help
I’m not sure if this is something Bungie can fix or if anyone even could offer a solution, but the clan leader of MUDHELM left the clan. Before leaving he accidentally promoted someone to clan lead who is no longer active. The person might be on sporadically but is not active in the clan and does not respond to messages. We have attempted to contact the new leader multiple times to request that she transfer leadership, but we have not received a response. Can anything be done here? Or is the clan essentially condemned to a weird purgatory? Can Bungie remove her as clan leader? Will they, if they can?

2 RepliesHello, All clan changes need to be made by the current Clan Founder, Bungie can't make any changes. You will need to continue working with the current founder to have them promote a new player.
