Please make sunshot fit it's perk description.
-Bullets do not flinch enough for being an explosive solar round nor do they have 2 hit values like normal explosive payload.
-Marks enemies hit by solar rounds... How exactly?
-8 shots??? Can't even keep up...
Sunshot, being the only exotic energy hand cannon, needs some love. It only feels exotic when dealing with trash mobs when we all know it could be tweaked ever so slightly to be so much more.
