(Back with Group 1 on Level 2 of the singularity as they are within the bonfire like brick room on the other side of the Kokoron throne. Still having found nothing as a way out, the team rests by the bonfire to try and warm themsleves up from the cold tempature.) Pyrus: *looking around at his teammates*. "Any guesses?" Orcinus: *shrugs*. "I'm beat..." Pyre: *staring into the fire on the bonfire*. "Hmm, perhaps the fire? It feels strange as I stare into it." Pyrus: *looks at Pyre awkwardly and then glances into the flames*. "......Wait, I think you're right..." Ringleader: "Are y'all sure? It's just fire, like c'mon." Pyrus: "The fire feels like it goes somewhere. Wait, it could be a portal!" Orcinus: "Uh, now you're really tripping Pyrus." Pyrus: *shakes his head*. "I'm dead serious, I think the fire will take us somewhere." Ringleader: "So, we just jump into the fire? That doesn't seem smart." Pyrus: *looks at Ring*. "It's worth a shot, we have nothing right now." Pyre: "Tsk, yeah, I agree with Pyrus surprisingly. Let's jump into the fire." (With Orcinus and Ring still questioning Pryus's sanity, Pyrus and Pyre get up and try to stand into the bonfire together. As they step into the flames, they both are instantly transported to another realm. Level 3 of the singularity, a lone rooftop in the middle of outer space.) Pyrus: *looks around*. "Well this is interesting." Pyre: *looking for the others*. "The others aren't here. What gives?" Pyrus: "I guess they didn't follow through yet? I'm concerned actually..." Pyre: *looks at Pyrus*. "Great, I'm stuck with you...." Pyrus: *awkwardly smiles*. "I'm sorry." (Walking over to the edge of the rooftop, Pyrus looks off the edge and notices they are on top of a glass skyscraper that leads down into an infinite void.) Pyrus: *light bulb clicks in his mind*. "Uh, I think we slide down the edge of the skyscraper? It should take us somewhere." Pyre: *rolls her eyes*. "Did you happen to look for a damn door?" Pyrus: *looks back towards Pyre*. "There isn't a door." Pyre: *feels an ominous presence grow from behind her*. "Huh?!" (Turning around to try and see what she is feeling, Pyre notices a humanoid figure dressed in a bright silver leather ranger attire with a top hat and shaded glasses on. Appears to not have a weapon in his hands.) Orion: *lifts his head and stares down Pyre, speaking out with a lifeless and monotone voice*. "Quite a game of cat and mouse we've had. I must say, not fighting Kokoron was the best decision of your life." Pyrus: *walks up next to Pyre, grabbing her shoulder and keeping an eye on Orion*. "We need to leave now, this guy's power level is off the charts. His very precense is making my stomach sick." Pyre: *nods at Pyrus*. "Yeah...." Orion: *turns his head slightly to Pyrus*. "I make you sick? How mean of you to say..... so mean I could..... obliterate this entire level..." (Engaging the two players, Orion lifts one of his hands from his pockets and blows up the entire rooftop in a massive seismic shockwave. Avoiding the attack just barely, Pyrus and Pyre jumped off the side of the rooftop and are now sliding down the side of the glass skyscraper that leads into nothingness.) Pyrus: *looks back up to the top as he and Pyre slide at incredible speed*. "I can't see him!" Pyre: *trying to slow down by pushing her feet against the glass*. "Dang It!" Orion: *appears a couple hundred feet below Pyre and Pyrus as they slide down towards him*. "Need not worry, I will make this painless." (Using both of his hands, Orion manipulates massive planets in the surrounding space system and pulls them towards Pyre and Pyrus, attempting to crush them both. Using his left robotic arm, Pyrus grips the glass and swings himself towards Pyre, grabbing ahold of her and crashing into the glass underneath as the planets smash into the skyscraper.) (Upon entering the inside of the skyscraper, the area completly changes as if Orion were never even there to deal his attack. The inside being a large, bland, gray room with nothing inside but surrounding glass windows that look out to the stars and planets outside.) Pyrus: *tumbles on top of Pyre as they crash into the room*. "Oof! Sorry..." Pyre: *pushes Pyrus off of her and adjusts herself*. "Ugh, you didn't need to help me like that." Pyrus: *sits up*. "Sorry, I didn't really want you to get smashed by a planet." Pyre: *shakes her head and looks around the room*. "Wait, where did that dude go?" Pyrus: *gets up and brushes the glass off of his clothes*. "Hm, I guess we lost him somehow." (Being nice and acting like a gentlemen, Pyrus lends a hand to try and help Pyre up from the ground. But, Pyre completely ignores Pyrus's hand and gets up by herself.) Pyre: "That dude will still be looking for us if he is smart. We should find a way out of this room." Pyrus: *pulls his hand away and laughs awkwardly*. "Eheh.....yeah." Pyre: *sighs at Pyrus as she notices what he is doing*. "...." Pyrus: *abruptly changes his expression*. "Alright! Where should we look first?" Pyre: "Uh, I don't know. You figure something out, you're smart." Pyrus: "Indeed I am. I will guide us to safety!" Pyre: *rolls her eyes*. "Okay, stop doing that..." Pyrus: *questionably looks at Pyre*. "Stop doing what?" Pyre: "That!" Pyrus: "Heh, no idea what you're talking about." ------------------------------------------------------------ (Back with Ronin and Artemis, unknown location within the singularity.) Ronin: *trying to think as he stands on top of a pillow like floor*. "Shit, I have no idea where we are..." Artemis: "Great, you got us lost...." Ronin: *sits down*. "Hey, at least the floor is good for sleeping." Artemis: *stares at Ronin*. "Shouldn't you be a little more concerned about our situation?" Ronin: *lays back and looks up at the cieling*. "Hardly, we'll be fine. I've got it covered." Artemis: *sits down next to Ronin*. "Yeah, okay. Do you at least know what level we're on?" Ronin: *closes his eyes and thinks*. "Uh, Level 15? No idea honestly." Artemis: *facepalms*. "Jeez. You're way too comfortable right now." Ronin: *glances towards Artemis*. "And you're too stressed. Chill out, we aren't in any immediate danger." Artemis: *deep breath*. "Okay fine. Whatever you say." ----------------------------------------------------------- (Singularity Top) Caius: "Still no report on the location of Ruby, she must be running." Death: "So it would seem. Should you let Hubris loose?" Caius: "I most likely will. Braxus and Firelord haven't sent me any responses, Orion at least is keeping me informed." Death: "Hubris it is then. Where do you think he will go first?" Caius: "An interesting question. One we will just have to wait and see to find the answer to."
