Not really sure where this would sit on the forums - are the assets in the press kit generally free for use, and if not what licence are they available under? The Dropbox link has no terms of use that I can see. The general terms of use on the main bungie homepage describes usage of services and permits personal and non-commercial use. I suspect since the press kit is open this wouldn't directly apply (press being commercial, obviously). Tl;dr I'd like to use some Destiny art etc. in streams or videos. I respect creative rights so wanted to check before plunging ahead.
