Do cigarettes exist in the Destiny universe?
If they do? Do people still smoke them or make them?

Id probably guess no? Its been a while since the collapse so i figure most of it would have decayed to the point of being unsmokable, tobacco as a plant probably still exists and there would probs be cigarettes in dry storage somewhere that avoided conflict. But i just dont think cigarettes are in common circulation like they are now.

The Destiny universe is supposed to be exactly like ours prior to when the Traveler shows up and accelerates development, so there’s no reason they didn’t exist, however I am unaware of any lore confirming the existence of tobacco plants in the City.

Actually now that I can think of it....my guardian can snort a massive amount of coke, smoke a huge hay bale of weed and drink bathtubs filled with liquor and he he could use the light to enhance his highs??? And there would be no drawbacks because if he overdoses he can just respawn

If they did I would imagine a lot of guardians probably wouldn't be too worried about using them. Even if they get cancer from smoking them I would imagine that they could just jump off a cliff and a ghost would rez them good as new.
