Sturm Catalyst
Dear Bungie, please fix this catalyst as it has been broken and reported since at least August last year and it still won't progress.
Just realized, I was trying to progress with year 2 Drang which does not work, but it does with the old Drang

as baez320 said, nessus. switch back and forth between sturm/drang. i maxed mine out not too long ago. if it doesn't advance after that then yes, it might be bugged for you.
