I'd love to see an infinite forest raid. (With a newly designed infinite forest) (and no I don't mean like you did with revelry or Halloween)
So with that said. I remember hearing dialogue about how saint 14 could still be out there and that his "grave" could have just been a vex simulation as everything else is there.
What if osiris and sagira where to delve into the forest and discover evidence that saint 14 had just been stuck deep inside a new area on the other side of the infinite forest. A new black garden type scenario if you will.
And instead of saint 14 being a vendor styled npc like Benedict. Why not utilize him as a raid mechanic. Fighting along side him in the encounters.
Encounter 1 could be freeing him from a vex containment cell.
Encounter 2 helping him retrieve his armor in an elaborate jump puzzle with a boss trying to stop you all. (Something like wotm had you fight a war machine on the bridge only modified to fit the scenario)
Encounter 3 could be fighting a gate Lord defending a portal leading us to the new black garden like area.
Encounter 4 getting to the boss in a VoG styled gorgon maze with a freebie box you can grab hidden inside for extra loot (lower light)
And then the final fight could involve us helping saint 14 use a relic to save the fire team from instant death while we fight off groups of adds running mechanics and working towards a damage phase. Mechanics including us powering up his relic by whatever means.
Just a fun idea I came up with. If anyone else has cool ideas to add then feel free to add in your ideas or opinions.
