I had purchased destiny 2: Complete collection yesterday and i played for a little while. However i login today and play for 1-2 hours, then decide to leave the game open and play a different game. when i came back to destiny 2 i am surprised with a message saying i have been banned. I have checked the banned article to see the issue but none of that applies. So in this case i believe i was wrongly banned due to opening up another game at the same time. Other game: (World of Tanks)
I hope this can be resolved ASAP, Kind regards, Jack

Typically, pc bans are due to software detected by Destiny 2 while running. These include but not limited to, trainers, aimbots, auto-fire, mods, graphics hacks, anything that injects code into games, debuggers for programing, even some viruses. any of these could cause a ban, even if not destiny 2 specific, this could include any mods that you may have used for World of Tanks. Bungie does not discuss restrictions or bans. Restrictions are temporary, and will not be overturned or undone before they expire. Once an account is banned however, that ban is permanent. Account restrictions and bans are only done in extreme cases; if actions were taken against your account, then it was with reason. There are NO options to dispute or overturn account restrictions or bans. Bans are lifetime for that account https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11929 https://www.bungie.net/en/Explore/Detail/News/47715 *I am not a Bungie representative, just a player trying to give the answers that are available.
