I tried this exotic on my friend’s account when it came out and it felt like absolute trash. “Why do you need truesight at melee range?” Is what I thought. It would seem as though I was wrong. I saw Coolguy’s video and it cleared up some misconceptions I had. Khepri isn’t entirely bad. In fact it’s pretty good when paired with Way of the Wraith. You can drop the smoke bomb at your feet and then proceed to use the Truesight from Khepri to proc the Truesight flawless execution. Now I still wish it had its old perk instead since it could be used on any subclass path and was much more fun to use however, this exotic is definitely not as bad as I thought for PvP as long as you’re using Way of the Wraith. It’s still pretty damn useless outside of that subclass path tho That being said it’s still pretty bad for PvE. So for PvE players don’t bother yourself too much with this thing.
