I've done the Ascendant Challenge 3 times a week every week since patch 2.2.1 (which increased the drop rate of DC items to 20%), and I've yet to get the Starlight Shell over these 27 runs. I'm starting to wonder if my account is somehow bugged, because it seems almost statistically impossible for me to have not triggered a 20% drop chance over 27 tries. Am I just confused as to where the shell comes from, incredibly, INCREDIBLY unlucky, or could my account be somehow potentially bugged?
