LACK of support about to turn me away from Bungie completely...

As is mostly detailed in the linked thread... I have not once received a single response or assistance with any issue I've ever tried to reach out for help... Not in the forums here, not from @bungieHelp on twitter, and not on reddit either. The one time I tried to submit a ticket I was basically told that it was not the right department and it was closed without any attempt to direct me to someone that could properly assist. I've invested so much time and money on Bungie over the years... over a decade... only to be completely ignored whenever I have an issue... whether it involves an account or a technical issue that appears to be on the development end. I cannot keep justifying buying Bungie products in the future if I know full well at this point that I will never receive any customer support when I encounter a problem. I like to think I'm pretty understanding, at least to a point, but everyone has their limits. After years of being ignored I'm reaching mine. I want so much to believe that you guys can and are better than this, but at this point I feel like I'm just lying to myself. I predict just like every other thread I've made, this one will also fall on deaf ears, be completely ignored, and be downvoted into oblivion by other users if anything.

You are not special because you spend more money, you just are spending more money. If you mistakenly got this in your head, that was your fault and not any faulty advertising on their part. This is a BUYER BEWARE and read before you purchase problem. The account imports had to be done by a specific date (it escapes my mind but it was within 2 months of the launch of Rise of Iron) or they cut off previous gen to current gen cross save capability. Again we do not pay a monthly fee for this so paying for a dedicated support team would require this. Support is handled primarily by other players here in the #HELP forum because of the love of the game. There are a few BNGHLP people floating about but they are few and far between. Bungie supports through community support not through dedicated support to save that cost and put it back into the game. So long story short, guardian a lot of what you posted is your own misunderstanding of how a Live Services game works. I'm sorry to say this.
