Hello! Recently with Bungie splitting with Activision and seeing the Shadowkeep Reveal I really wanted to get back into destiny 2 (seeing as without the scumbags over at Activision messing with the game, I'm pretty sure I'll enjoy it quite a lot now!). However, I had some questions regarding Shadowkeep and how the Power level is gonna work after its release. Specifically, as with every yearly DLC drop (The Taken King, Forsaken etc.) the max Power level increases, and previeously if you, say, didn't own Forsaken you could not reach the new max Power and XP level. But, as Shadowkeep will not require you to own Forsaken, will you be able to reach the new Max Levels? I really don't want to buy Forsaken (pretty tight on money) and would like to get into Shadowkeep after Curse of Osiris and the Warmind DLC (for the record, I have played Year 1 up until the Curse of Osiris DLC dropped, after which I stopped). Additionally, referring to year 3, will every new season heighten the max Power rank, and if so, will you need to purchase the season pass to access it or will you, for example, be able to get rare gear drops and infuse them into your older gear?(as in, you'll be able to reach the max power rank, but you won't be able to access the new exotics, raids and activities include with the season passes)
(P.S. Sorry for my bad English, It isn't my mother tongue)
