Have recently convinced three friends to get the Forsaken Complete Collection and have got them to use my referral code/s. All of them have created characters and played for a bit yet it still has this message on the Refer-A-Friend page: "Awaiting player to purchase Forsaken and Create a Character." I clicked cancel for the other friend in the hopes of trying again, but he can not join using any of my new codes - as he is apparently still attached to the old code (which was mine)?
