So with the recent downpour of error codes, server lag and a long list of things that are simply wrong the game, I've decided to make a list of things, while nice to have in Year 3 of D2 don't seem likely, so I'm make it my wishlist for D3. Before I begin let me preface this by saying even on the games bad days there's something about this game that just keeps bringing me back to it, however without massive changes (most of them on the console side) to D3 particularly with a new Xbox and PlayStation coming soon it will be hard to find a reason to continue to play. 1) Dedicated Servers across all platforms and 60 FPS on console - I for the life of me can't figure out why this hasn't been a thing since D1 and then the 60 FPS with D2, getting at least half way decent dedicated servers would fix a TON of lag issues and glitches. 2) Deeper customization and more RPG elements - I personally want to see D1 character subclass style selections only dialed up another 10 levels to truly allow us to play our way and (obviously to a certain limit) make it so we have to make choices that actually matter. 3) Truly new weapons/weapon types and true weapon crafting - I would think this one self explained, allow us to make what we want and again as with the subclasses allow us to play the way we want. 4) A much better QA&UT (Quality Assistance and Update Team) - Moving forward I'd really love to see some like a TWAB only from a different side say released on the weekly reset where the QA&UT team be completely transparent and honest with us (this will probably get a lot of bad rep, but I personally would love it if game developers came out and said "Hey, things aren't going so well in working on ______") rather than try and sugar coat or straight up lie about it.
