Please keep Luna'w Howl usable in pve
I know this is a PvP focused weapon, but I personally love it in pve. The nerf will take it down a notch in PvP, but will render it useless in pve. After all the work I and other players put in to get this weapon, this makes me rather upset. Please, keep the weapon's perk unsuitable in pve.

well... crucible is even sweatier now. literally every lobby I match is people using not forgotten. oh god. it's going to get nerfed again. im calling it now.
