I doubt you’ll read this, but here we go... For Destiny 3, the most EPIC thing you could possibly do is get the band back together! Get Joseph Staten and Martin O’Donnell back on board now you’re free of Activision. Create Joseph’s original story and use Marty’s epic orchestral soundtrack style. Create that originally planned DESTINY the ever expanding RPG/FPS, a “universe that takes on a life of its own”. Combine that with the ‘can’t get enough’ gameplay feeling that D1 had and D2 oh so lacks and you have a serious winner. You could even call it ‘Our Destiny’, now you’re sole owners. If you do anything similar to D2 then it’s going to stink. D1 had the right recipe, a soul, but lacked the scale. D2 had more scale but lacked in feeling and fun. So to quote our beloved Dinklebot, “Don’t do that.”
