I did read it. It's a shame OP doesn't understand community building or clan member retention.

[quote]I did read it. So it seems like you didn’t read it. Community building and clan retention have nothing to do with the OP, he is talking about QOL changes that benefit everyone but especially the players who chose to play solo.

Edited by Ken_Malibu: 6/2/2019 7:12:08 PMAlmost all the team oriented players I've played with (approx 5-6 different fireteams) have left the game beacsue there is no difficult end game content that challenges them. This is all due to Destiny constantly moving towards casuals and solo players. Nothing is difficult because of catering to players who don't team with others. The solo attitude harms clans because people keep leaving the game and most that remain refuse to play with others. So maintaining a group of active raiders becomes much harder as more and team oriented players leave. I have lost many friends and people I played regularly with because of the constant dumbing down in Destiny. Not even raids are remotely challenging. I know OP said that team activities need to remain but if they make a raid that is match made friendly then it's not going to be any sort of challenge for an organised team. Meaning that only the raid really represents true PvE endgame and even that is already very easy so what is there for teams to test themselves against?

People who like doing it will pretend like it’s a big deal, but it’s not. The raids are already not a challenge to an organized team, but that’s the minority of the playerbase and catering to them has ravaged the player population in D2. Some ignorant player always wants to pipe in and parrot some old streamer BS about D2Y1 catering to “casual”’players. If you actually look at the changes made between D1 and D2 you will see almost none of them we’re to help casual player.
