I declare the State of the Union [b]Strong[/b]. Within roughly the first week of the administration we have already accomplished much. We have seen the ratification of the Constitution and the formation of the Off-topic Senate. This is just the beginning, and while I could probably blitz through all of the campaign promises I made I think it would be wiser to go through them one at a time.
