Matchmaking in raids would yield little to no completions. People would join and then not talk, then since they can’t be kicked the team would have to leave. If you want to do a raid use lfg.

LoL this of course is all bullshit hyperbole. No one would join raids expecting not to talk and it's the stupidest argument ever against it. And we completed all but one guided games raid and the one we didn't, they dc'd and couldn't get back online.

I believe you are thinking in a perfect world scenario.
-
I believe you don't understand reality. No one goes into raids not expecting to need to communicate and sure some players will be better than others, but to say -blam!- you to all the people it could help because omg you might get a bad group occasionally is asinine and selfish AF.

I go and play in random lfg raids (boredom) such as the Leviathan for example and people can't listen or do that raid at all. I had 3 lfg teams fail at gauntlet in a row because they are incompetent. I have had people in the raid with no mics and no experience also. People are people Can't fix stupid

Sounds to me like bad leadership. Easy to call everyone bad rather than accept you might be the issue.
-
Yes totally.... I have no idea what I'm supposed to be doing with my number of clears..
-
Clearing a raid doesn't automatically make you capable of leading one.
-
Haha. I'm so done. Have a good day
-
Oh, yes they will.
