You mention match making and think you made a point for solos? You can’t play solo if you are match making. Match making is there so you don’t have to play solo. And where is the data to support your claim that more people play solo? That claim is fabricated.

Making the game better for solo play refers to people who log on and play by themselves and not in premade fireteams. It DOES NOT mean playing the entire game without ever being grouped with anyone. If you are doing strikes by yourself and not in a premade fireteam and you're going game to game being matched with various random teammates, you're still playing solo. Capiche?
