I will say this to you, you should be able to experience the raid because they are a ton of fun and probably the best thing about destiny when everything works as intended. It's just like i have said, bungie doesn't have systems in place to promote people to get into them well enough if they don't already have a team made to do so. This is something they can fix easily as i have stated in this thread, and if they did what i have suggested i would bet everything i own they would see the biggest increase they have ever seen in raid activity from people who have never stepped foot into one and more than likely completion rates for those groups as well. People aren't stupid, it's just the current system takes too long to find a group having to go to a 3rd party website have people drop in out and or not getting enough players etc. A pre made group finder would work wonders here.

I agree with this. Maybe if they put out more shorter raids. Seems like it would be the same amount of work and same amount of content but you could break up the content easier and not be stuck raiding for hours. In D1 I raided a lot. I was all about AoT of Wrath was my favorite raid. But now I have a child and a demanding job, I guess raiding is a little too much for me now as this current system is.
