Hand cannons (mainly 140/150 rpm) are very underused on console and I feel like hand cannons could use some love as well as snipers I love sniping but whenever I sniper and I get shot with a pulse rifle my reticle is looking at the skybox
I would love to see more 150 hand cannons out there on console like the Old Fashioned and the Dire Promise and for the love of Lord Shaxx Better Devils
Snipers should get some love as well I LOVE sniping in the crucible especially with the Twilight Oath it is the only sniper that feels like a destiny 1 sniper as well as that one green sniper
I've also heard rumors that the next pinnicle crucible weapon will be a sniper
If I could get some feed back on this it would be amazing thank you bungie sincerely, Cody, Illzeldacraft

Bloom adjustment may be needed yes. But they need to be careful not to make Hand cannons the mini snipers they were in early D1. That's why Bloom was upped there. Flinch is fine. Not sure how accurate your "1 year on Bungie.net" is but if you weren't here to understand the Sniper meta in D1 then you wont understand why flinch is the way it is. Sniping in Destiny doesn't have bullet travel or drop. It needs to be able to be countered effectively or it becomes too easy to just run and use. This includes enough flinch so that even 1 shot affects your aim. You should not be able to maintain aim through bullet fire (getting hit). it has to be there and right now it's a good balance. Good skilled snipers can pull though it. Mid to lower tier skill are going to have trouble until they get better. All as it should be.
