You are absolutely correct. I run a $5+ million operation. I listen and act, whenever possible, to my customer's feedback. While I dont ignore my customers... the company I work couldnt give two shits about customers. Sales are plummeting, profits are low, our CEO is a complete jackass, and morale is heading so low trending towards anger. Looks like Bungie is similar.
