I think this is a necessary approach considering how fast the ttk is with this Hand Cannon and it's 2-shot kills but one problem I have with this is the Luna's Howl potentially losing it's 3-shot capabilities. I think it is necessary to remove 2-shot kills alltogether but I think it should NOT lose that 3-shot kill potential because this rewards players when they basically ace all headshots on an opponent which takes quite a bit of actual SKILL to proc this which in fact does not make it overpowered in ANY way. Hand cannons should always be skill based weapons and reward the player for doing really well. Making this a 4-shot kill and reducing the rpm to 150 will basically make it the same as all hand cannons. Sure you have the "Magnificent Howl" perk but it'll still be at a disadvantage to other really good hand cannons even with the skill. I think JUST nerfing the RPM of the Luna's Howl and the perk to only work on body shots is a solid choice. This will not make it a terrible weapon in any way but will actually take more skill to use and will keep this weapon viable. After all the work, time and hell these players and I have went through to get this weapon, we should still be able to have fun with the weapon and put it to good use as it should be. Not COLLECT DUST in the vault and become... Forgotten. In fact, with the nerf of Luna's howl, it should be buffed as well. Buffing the range of Luna's howl. So let's see, the Luna's Howl has about 47 range which is one of the worst for competitive hand cannons in D2. I recommend giving it a little buff of 56 range or lower will do much good with the trade off of the nerf. This will make it so it at least has a CHANCE to compete with the Not Forgotten, Ace of Spades Hand Cannons and others that have much higher range than the Luna's Howl. This will make it so players will not be too angry with this nerf and most importantly keep it a viable option. Of course this buff to range isn't substantial by any means but will give it a little more oomph if you will with the nerf taking away that oomph of it. I think this is an extremely beneficial trade off as it will stay in Guardians inventory and not collect dust in the vault or become dismantled being forever forgotten. Thank you Bungie and I hope you can take this under consideration fast before you potentially completely ruin this weapon for all of us. We do not want you to make the same mistake you've made in the past with all the hard earned weapons achieved getting nerfed to it's bare bone. After all the hard work and motivation I went through trying to get this weapon, I sure as heck would not want it to be all for nothing. So can you please take this under consideration Bungie? We do not want this Luna's Howl to be it's LAST howl.

It should be the nicest shooting 150. Its a precision frame 150, the only one like it besides NF. Lets wait to see how it shoots before asking for a buff? Its supposed to be a three shot kill still, 3 to the head or 2 to the head and one to the body.
