Hey all,
A few weeks back, we talked about Enhancement Cores coming from Gunsmith bounties in the TWAB. I wanted to give a quick update on this, as it also involves Mod Components, which have been a topic of discussion as well. Please note- this is all still in development for Season of Opulence, and could change.
• Originally announced in the TWAB, these bounties would cost Gunsmith materials. This has been changed to Glimmer.
• There will be multiple daily bounties to complete, each rewarding one enhancement core and two mod components
• There will be two weekly bounties to complete. These will each grant one enhancement core, one mod (Weapon or Armor), and other materials or reputation/rank points depending on the objective of the bounty.
• Note: When I say rank points, think Valor or Infamy, **not** Glory.
The team is continuing to evaluate feedback over mod components, enhancement cores, and rewards all up. Thank you for the continued feedback. We'll give you updates as we have them.

Edited by mja calg: 5/13/2019 4:41:23 PMI had over 200 cores when I quit playing completely March 9th. Three 660+ characters, averaged 30+ hours a week and 9,000 hours of game play time between D1 and D2. But the "Season of the Cash Grab" ($60 CDN for $5 CDN worth of new content that I don't like drip fed over 6+ months) is the straw that broke this camel's back. The only way Bungie will listen is if we stop playing completely. When the player numbers fall to critical levels, Bungie management will finally notice and might even get off their lazy arrogant asses and speak to us. If they don't, they can play out the rest of Destiny in Bankruptcy court.
