Each time I try to come back to the game, I'm reminded why I left. I don't want to use a crummy grenade launcher. (Only powerful gear I ever get) And I can't afford to keep levelling up my favorite gear. I'm stuck at around power level 659. And having to spend an hour each day gringing out bounties in the Shore so I can then go kill enemies for an enhancement core, is an incredible waste of time.

That’s why you wait to Infuse, otherwise you’re wasting resources.

Sad thing is, infusion wasn't implemented to be a "wait until max" system. It was implemented so you could keep using the gear you had, so if that purpose is a "waste of resources", than infusion no longer has a place in the game.
